18 Ways to Celebrate the Small Moments

Small moments are little wins that you have that bring you closer and closer to your goals. If you are tirelessly working towards a goal, it can start to be difficult and discouraging. You might even forget why you started working towards your goal in the first place. Celebrating your small moments can help to keep you motivated but it can also help you to create a balanced lifestyle.

You may find that by taking time to celebrate or rest you can improve your mood and make you feel more positive about your journey. When working towards a big goal your mindset can really make or break your progress. These little celebrations can also help to limit the overwhelm you may feel if your goals are lofty.

Why you should celebrate the small moments:

One thing I’ve learned from my creative journey is that it can be extremely discouraging. If I was in it for the praise I would not still be here blogging or posting on Instagram. It takes so much time and dedication to build a creative career and sometimes it might not feel worth the time and energy you put in. One way to appreciate the journey you’re on is to celebrate the small moments and wins along the way.

The journey you’re on may look different than mine. You may be on a creative journey, pursuing a business venture, focusing on self-love, trying to budget, lose weight, or build a healthier lifestyle. No matter what journey you’re on taking the time to celebrate the small moments can keep your motivation strong and help you feel like you’re making progress towards your goals.

Super tips Sarah. Feeling good about tiny wins leads to bigger wins because where our attention and energy goes, grows. Everything we focus on expands because we are that powerful. All about being in the moment.
